  2. Take all dal wash it twice soak in a hot water for half and hour along with green chilli,red chilli,ginger,curry leaves.let it soak in a water for sometime.close the lid.
  3. Cut all your veggies into small cubes let them boil in a water adding minimum salt,haldi,when cooked drain the water keep it separately.
  4. Then we will take care of kadi,already scrap coconut pour in mixie blender 5to 6,teaspoon along with ginger,green chilli,curry leaves,everything blend nicely.keep it aside.
  5. Next step for kadai take thick one cup of curd and blend it keep it away.

Take a kadai pour some refined oil sprinkle Rai,urad dal,green chilli,curry leaves,add hing let them cook them then add your cut and boiled pumpkin add immediately grinded masala the after a minute add your curd also..then after sometime cook it then add salt,haldi also...when your kadi little bit thick you spread some coriander leaves...also additional flavour Here in assam ordinary coriander leaves will not available in these season so i am using Naga dhania leaves..

Then soaked dals you drained all the waters grind it in a mixie without adding any drops of water the consistency should be tight please add salt,hing into these also..take a idli vessel steamed your dals for 15minutes.then cool it and give little bit of swing in your mixie so that your dokla will be evenly grind.
  8. Then take a kadai pour some refined make a taduka split,Rai,urad dal,channa dal fry your onion and veggies then finally add your prepared dokla fry.let them cook in medium flame then only you will get crisp roasted subji.in every 3minutes you have turned out nicely..
  9. Then cook rice Half cupkeep it away. Then take badam25 nos.,coconut(grated)
    Half cup, palm sugar one cup,pista 12 nos. everything dip in a hot water then grind it.take a kadai pour one teaspoon ghee fry cashew nut 8 nos.,dry grapes(6 nos),add powder cardamon half teaspoon,fry it add your coconut milk (two cups)add your palm sugar,grinded materials everything cook nicely.your payas ready.

Lemon rasam take two tomatoes boil and remove the skin and smash it add your rasam masla add one cup of water add salt,haldi,let them cook then roast jeera,black pepper and crushed into your rasam liquid add half cup arahar dal paste and add lemon(one no)salt,juice,add coriander leaves and make tamper in a ghee half teaspoon rai,jeera,green chilli,curry leaves and hing.your hot tasty lemon rasam ready.
