  2. 20 grams flattened rice
  3. 20 grams peanut
  4. 20 grams roasted chana daal
  5. 10 grams chopped almonds
  6. 10 grams chopped Cashew nuts
  7. 10 grams pumpkin seeds
  8. 10 grams sunflower seeds
  9. 10 grams black raisins
  10. 5-6 Currey leaves
  11. 1 green chilli
  12. as required Salt to taste
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  15. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  16. 1 tbsp jaggery powder
  17. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  18. 1 tbsp oil
  19. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  20. 1/4 tsp black salt

Steps to make to make Oats Chivda

  1. Dry roast oats, poha, peanut, daal, seeds and dry fruits. (Don't roast raisins)
  2. Heat oil in wok and saute Currey leaves and green chilli. Saute it till crunchy.
  3. Now add all spices, jaggery powder, dry mango powder and all roasted ingredients.
  4. Mix it properly. Let it cool. After store it in air tight container.
  5. You can take seeds, nuts, peanut and gram daal as per your choice and can adjust proportion.
