  1. First wash all the vegetables twice..Drain the water and cut into medium size...Boil drumstick separately in a bowl with haldi powder and salt in a microwave for 1 minutes. Once it is done..Then keep aside.. For tadka : In a safe microwave bowl add 1 dry red chilli, few curry leaves and mustard seeds. Microwave for 1 minutes. Once it is done. Take out from the oven. Then add all the vegetables...and all the dry spices.powder....Mix..well..
  2. Add water as needed..again microwave for 2 minutes...Fter 2 minutes take out from the oven and check if the vegetables cooked well.. Once it is done....Add boil dal which I have already boiled in cooker for 3 whistles...Mix...well...
  3. Then add salt..a pinch of hing and the kokum water
  4. Few crushed jaggery it is optional. Again microwave for 2 minutes..Once it is done...Take out from the oven. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves...
  5. Now it is ready to serve...Kokum Sambar with idly and coconut chutney...
