add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala and Salt to the gravy.
- Now add 1/2 cup milk and mix nicely. Now add all fried vegetables. mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add kasuri methi once vegetables properly cooked. Lastly add garam masala and ghee. Enjoy
